We ship our items via UPS ground, USPS, or FedEx. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery of most items. Some items may require more time. A valid street address and phone number are required on all orders. At this time, we ship only to the 48 continental US states. Some items may have special handling charges that apply. You will receive email confirmation of your order. Please keep the order number, and refer to it in any correspondance. No returns will be accepted unless first cleared through us. We offer a 10-day, money-back guarantee (minus shipping costs). All items must be returned in their original packing after receiving return instructions from us. You must contact us at returns@home-store.net for authorization and directions regarding return procedures prior to sending the item back. You must contact us within 5 days of your receipt of the item if you wish to return it.
If you need to cancel an order, it must be done within 24 hours of placing the order. Any order cancelled after shipping occurs will be credited back to the purchaser minus the original and return shipping costs plus a restocking fee of 15%. This policy requires that all packages be returned unopened and in good condition.
In the event that the customer response is greater than we anticipate, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the item being out-of-stock or discontinued as well as the estimated arrival date, if available. We do not back-order any items. We try to update our site as soon as we know an item is out of stock or discontinued. We will always communicate with you if there is a problem.
