PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SITE. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to its terms, please do not access or use the Site. 

We may, at any time:
Change the terms and conditions of this Agreement; Change the Site, including eliminating or discontinuing any content, feature, product, or service offered on the Site; or Change any fees or charges for any content, feature, product, or service offered on the Site.
Your continued use of the Site after such changes will indicate your acceptance of such changes. 

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are not at least 13 years old, please do not access the Site.

Code of Conduct
While using the Site, you will not:

Restrict or inhibit any other visitor from using the Site, including by means of hacking or defacing any portion of the Site;
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
Express or imply that we endorse any statement you make without our prior written consent;
Transmit: (a) anything that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or infringes our intellectual property or other rights; (b) any material, non-public information about a company without the proper authorization to do so; (d) any advertisement, solicitation, chain letter, pyramid scheme, investment opportunity, or other unsolicited commercial communication (except as we otherwise expressly permit);
Engage in spamming, flooding or other disruptive activities;
Transmit any software or other material that contains any virus, worm, time bomb, Trojan horse, or other harmful or disruptive component;
Modify, adapt, sub-license, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of the Site;
Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice contained on the Site;
Frame or mirror any part of the Site without our prior written authorization;
Harvest or collect information about Site visitors or registered users;
Create a database by systematically downloading and storing all or any of the Site content; or
While using the Site, you will comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

Content Disclaimer. The text, images, and other materials contained on the Site (collectively, the "Site Materials") are for purposes of reference only. The Site Materials are general in nature.  The Site Materials are given to us by our suppliers.  While we believe all Site Materials are correct, rare typos or errors may exist.   

Making Purchases. If you wish to purchase products or services described on the Site, you will be asked by us (or our agent) to supply certain information applicable to your purchase, including, without limitation, credit card and other information. You understand that any such information that you supply to us will be treated by us in the manner described in our Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time. You agree to pay all charges, including applicable taxes, incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanism at the price(s) in effect when such charges are incurred.

Price and availability of any product or service are subject to change without notice.

Ownership and Restrictions on Use. We own and operate the Site in conjunction with others pursuant to contractual arrangements. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute Site Materials in any way, without our prior written permission. Modifying or using Site Materials for any purpose other than those described in this Agreement may be a violation of our copyright or other rights, and is strictly prohibited.

Jurisdictional Issues. We do not represent or warrant that the Site or any Site Materials is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Those who choose to access the Site do so on their own initiative and at their own risk, and are responsible for complying with local laws. We may limit the Site's availability or the provision of any service or product described thereon to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction we choose, at any time in our sole discretion, and we may limit the quantities of any such service or product that we provide.

Termination. This Agreement will remain effective until terminated in accordance with its terms. Either party may terminate this Agreement without cause immediately upon notice to the other party. Upon termination of this Agreement by either party, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. Disclaimer. THE SITE, SITE MATERIALS, AND ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, ADVERTISERS, AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED AND STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE (PROVIDED THAT CERTAIN SUPPLIERS MAY OFFER LIMITED, EXPRESS WARRANTIES IN CONNECTION WITH CERTAIN PRODUCTS; PLEASE INQUIRE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION). NEITHER WE NOR OUR AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, ADVERTISERS OR AGENTS WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE (OR THE SERVER(S) ON WHICH IT IS HOSTED) IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU ASSUME TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND ANY SITE MATERIALS, AND YOUR RELIANCE THEREON. NO OPINION, ADVICE, OR STATEMENT OF OURS OR OUR AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, AGENTS, ADVERTISERS, REGISTERED USERS, OR VISITORS, WHETHER MADE ON THE SITE OR OTHERWISE, WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY.

While we try to maintain the Site's integrity, we do not guarantee it will be complete or correct. The Site may include inaccuracies or errors. Additionally, third parties may make unauthorized alterations to the Site. If you notice such a situation, please contact the Webmaster with a description of the material to be checked, the location (URL) where such material appears on the Site, and your contact information. We will try to address your concerns promptly.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
YOU ASSUME TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND ANY SITE MATERIALS, AND YOUR RELIANCE THEREON.  NO OPINION, ADVICE, OR STATEMENT OF OURS OR OUR AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, AGENTS, ADVERTISERS, REGISTERED USERS, OR VISITORS, WHETHER MADE ON THE SITE OR OTHERWISE, WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY.

LIABILITY 
Limitation of Liability. NEITHER OUR SUPPLIERS, ADVERTISERS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS OR SPONSORS ARE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THE SITE, CONTENT CONTAINED ON THE SITE, OR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE. NEITHER WE NOR OUR SUPPLIERS, ADVERTISERS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS OR SPONSORS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY DELAY IN FURNISHING ANY PERFORMANCE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE OR CONTENT CONTAINED ON THE SITE IS TO STOP USING THE SITE. OUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE MAXIMUM LIABILITY FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) WILL BE THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE 30 DAYS IMMEDIATELY BEFORE SUCH LIABILITY ACCRUED.

Product Liability. WE DO NOT ENDORSE CLAIMS BY MANUFACTURERS OR OTHERS ABOUT THE EFFICACY OF ANY PRODUCTS. WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SOLD, WE MAKE NO GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WE BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PRODUCT OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE OR THE PURCHASE OF (OR INABILITY TO PURCHASE) ANY PRODUCT OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE, OR ANY THIRD PARTY'S RELIANCE THEREON. YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE REGARDING ANY PRODUCT OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE SHALL BE DIRECTED TO THE SUPPLIER OF THE PRODUCT.
